We share our own recipes for the soaps demonstrated to give you a start so with the knowledge you get from this course, you will be able to create your own unique handcrafted soaps.

Soapmaking is an expensive undertaking however, in this course you will learn how to get started by using regular kitchen equipment and inexpensive ingredients that you can get in your local supermarkets.

You will discover how to use household items as molds, so that you can get started straight away at little or no cost.

*This is a prerequisite course which forms the building block for all other courses and it is strongly recommended to be taken before the more advanced courses.*

A) This course shows you how to make solid soap from scratch using the Cold Process Method.

Q) How will I learn how to make soap online?
A) The course is delivered fully online however, we utilize a combination of teaching methods which we have found to deliver the best possible learning experience.

Q) What if I run into problems while making my soap?
A) The course has a practical component to it with a live instructor tutorial and practical training session to help you navigate your first few soaps hitch-free. You also have access to our faculty in the event that you need further guidance.


 What is included in the course fee 

  1. Course tuition fees are inclusive of e-books and raw materials (ingredients) required to complete each course.

  2. Students are expected to purchase hardware/equipment prior to the classes for active participation. A list will be provided once payment has been made.

  3. All classes are held online and students are expected to ensure that they have good, working internet connection for the duration of the course.

  4. Courses are delivered using a blended format which include private study time, online learning, face-to-face instruction time, homework, quizzes and exams. Courses with a practical component may be held over multiple days. Final delivery details will be communicated.

  5. All payments are final. If you would like to reschedule your class, please let us know at least 48 hours before your scheduled class.


A certificate of completion will be awarded upon successful completion of the course.
