When will my order ship
All BathKandy products are handcrafted in small batches. Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We proudly ship across the US and Canada. Plus, we deliver to doorsteps far and wide—wherever you are, BathKandy can find you! Check shipping options at checkout.
What if my package is delayed?
Shipping can hit snags—like weather or logistics. Within the US and Canada, delays are rare but possible. For farther destinations, customs or other factors might add time. Use your tracking number, and let us know if it’s stuck—we’ll do our best to help!
What are your shipping costs?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. For farther destinations, extra fees like customs duties or taxes may apply.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update or cancel it. Email us as soon as possible at team@bathkandy.com with your order number and request. See our full return & refund policy for details.
My package says “delivered” but I can’t find it.
Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered a little early.
- First, check with neighbors, building management, or your mailbox/parcel locker.
- Wait 24 hours from the time of the delivery scan.
If it still hasn’t turned up, email us with your order number and we’ll help you troubleshoot with the carrier.
Are BathKandy products “clean”?
Yes. Our formulas are crafted with high-quality, skin-loving ingredients and without unnecessary fillers, parabens, phthalates, or harsh additives. We focus on effective, indulgent body care that still respects your skin.
Are your products natural?
We use a thoughtful blend of natural ingredients and safe, high-performance actives. That means you get products that feel luxurious, smell incredible, and actually do something for your skin—without compromising on safety.
Are BathKandy products handmade?
Yes. All BathKandy products are handcrafted in small batches to maintain freshness, quality, and consistency. Slight variations in color or texture can happen—that’s part of the charm of artisan, small-batch skincare.
Are your products vegan or cruelty-free?
BathKandy is cruelty-free—we never test on animals. While many of our formulas are plant-based, some products include nourishing traditional ingredients like goat’s milk or beeswax, so not every item is fully vegan. You’ll always find a complete ingredient list on each product page to help you choose what works best for your routine.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Many customers with sensitive skin use BathKandy with no issues, but everyone’s skin is different. We always recommend:
- Checking the full ingredient list on each product page
- Doing a patch test before full use, especially with fragranced products or actives
If you have specific concerns, it’s best to consult your dermatologist.
Are your scents strong or overpowering?
Our fragrances are designed to be layered, warm, and indulgent—present. The goal is a scent that feels like part of you.
What is Kandy Konfidential?
Kandy Konfidential is BathKandy’s exclusive, limited-edition beauty box—a bi-monthly curation of indulgent body care created for discovery, not repeats. Each drop is built around a unique theme with decadent textures, evocative scents, and handcrafted skincare.
What’s inside and how do the tiers work?
You can choose from three tiers, each designed to give you a different level of indulgence:
- Sisi Éko Box – A trio of minis to sample signature BathKandy textures.
- The Lagos Box – One full-size favorite plus four minis for a full BathKandy moment.
- Rich Aunty Box – Two full-size luxe essentials for maximum “treat yourself” energy.
Every box is different and we bank on the element of surprise to curate products that will WOW you and leave you pleasantly surprised. We don’t repeat the same product selection from month to month.
When do Kandy Konfidential boxes ship?
Kandy Konfidential boxes generally ship mid-month, and most subscribers receive theirs by the end of the month. You’ll receive a tracking email once your box leaves our studio. Any special launch or first-box ship dates will be listed on the product page.
How does billing work for Kandy Konfidential?
You’re billed when you first sign up, and then before each new box according to your subscription terms (for example, we bill on the last day of the month prior to your next box). Annual plans renew on the last day of your 12-month term.
Kandy Konfidential follows our main Shipping and Returns policies, but because it’s a curated, limited-edition box, it is generally final sale, with exceptions only for damaged or faulty items.
Can I return or exchange my Kandy Konfidential box?
Due to the nature of personal care products and the limited-edition curation, Kandy Konfidential boxes are non-refundable and non-returnable. If something arrives damaged or faulty (not just melted), email team@bathkandy.com within 2 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we’ll review it according to our return policy.
How do I cancel or pause my subscription?
You can manage your subscription from your BathKandy account:
- Cancel at any time before your next billing date
- Depending on your plan, you may be able to pause or skip a cycle
Once a billing cycle has processed, that month’s box is usually final and cannot be refunded.
My products arrived soft or melted. What should I do?
Some BathKandy formulas (like Soufflé and other butter-heavy products) are made with oils and butters that melt at body temperature. In hot weather or warm climates, they may soften or melt in transit.
If this happens:
- Pop them in the fridge or freezer to firm up, then enjoy.
- Store them in a cool, dry and shady spot away from direct heat and sunlight.
Texture may change slightly after melting and re-solidifying, but the product is still safe and usable. Because this is a natural reaction to heat, we usually cannot refund or replace items that arrive melted but otherwise intact.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to hygiene, safety, and the small-batch nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns of personal care items.
If there’s a problem with your order (for example, you received the wrong item or a damaged product), contact us at team@bathkandy.com within 2 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can review it.
What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
If something arrives broken, leaking, or clearly defective, email us with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description of what happened
We’ll assess the situation and let you know the next steps in line with our return policy.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
No restocking fees here. If we approve a return for a damaged or faulty item, you’ll only be responsible for return shipping—unless we choose to cover it.
Do you provide curated BathKandy gifts for personal or group occasions?
Absolutely. We offer curated gifting options from digital gift cards to special sets designed to make indulgent self-care easy to give and unforgettable to receive. BathKandy also creates custom gifts for group occasions and corporate events, bringing a touch of luxury to every celebration.
